My Mom, always the skeptic, was worried since we didn't have references but from the moment I first talked with you I felt assured that we were in good hands.   The food was great (we all had a favorite but everyone loved the pulled pork) and your accommodating, easy going personality and professional manner took away all the stress.   Keep up the great job.
