An equipment set-up fee will be add for a On-site Cookout under 75 guests. A set-up fee will be added to a Picnic BBQ under 50 guests A transportation fee will be added to any event over 15 miles of BYPS
A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date.

Special Information:
Based on the cooking times of some items chosen we may need access to the cookout location several hours before the event, or possibly the night before to set up the equipment to cook.
We would like to have a brief visit, before the event, so we know where to place our equipment; also, water, electric and restroom facilities would be greatly appreciated
